Privacy Policy
How data required for accounts, licensing, payments and LIVE operation is handled.
1. Data processed
Account data, optional Google identity, license, authorized devices, synchronized settings, technical events, orders and payment confirmations. RampLive does not store full card data.
2. Purpose
We use this data to authenticate, grant plan features, synchronize Studio, prevent fraud, provide support, process payments and maintain security and stability.
3. Providers
Google processes login when selected; Mercado Pago or PayPal processes the selected checkout. Each provider also applies its own privacy policy.
4. Security and retention
Passwords use strong hashing; operational secrets are server-encrypted; sessions can be revoked. Data is retained as needed for accounts, legal duties, fraud prevention and support.
5. Your controls
The dashboard lets you review account, devices, plan and history. Correction or deletion requests use the published support channel, subject to applicable legal retention.
